Job brief

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join our product team to manage initiatives for the BeMasterly Product Portfolio.

An ideal candidate uses a combination of product sense, analytical skills, business judgment, and strategic thinking to solve real-world problems and create exemplary product experiences.

Sr. Product Manager responsibilities include conceptualizing, prioritizing, designing, and implementing product features in line with the product strategy and roadmap. You will drive end to end product initiatives from concept and experimentation to launch and iteration and will be responsible for the success of these initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Market Research, Competitive Analysis and Business Case creation
  • Product ideation with a problem first and data-informed approach
  • Conducting user research activities and eliciting voice of customer through frontline teams
  • Ability to understand and design user journeys
  • Managing cross-functional execution of the product roadmap
  • Maintaining a prioritized feature backlog
  • Designing wireframes and drafting Product Requirement Documents
  • Working closely with design, engineering, marketing and customer success teams
  • Ensuring timely launch of product features and tracking its impact
  • Ability to interpret data from different sources to analyze product \ feature success

Requirements and skills

  • Experience with agile product development and management (web and mobile)
  • Experience with SaaS products, EdTech industry (good to have)
  • Experience with product tools like Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq, GA, HotJar, Amplitude
  • Strong knowledge of product methodologies, frameworks and processes
  • Experience in drafting clear, concise and comprehensive product documentation
  • Ability to create wireframes and drive user experience for the features
  • Ability to analyze data quickly and prioritise for impact

Experience required for SPM: 6+ years of Core Product Management.

Experience of building Product-led Growth Features will be an added advantage.

Job brief

We are looking for a UI \ UX Designer to join our product team to drive user research and design initiatives for the BeMasterly Product Portfolio.

As a UI \ UX Designer, you will play an integral part in gathering insights about users who use our products through quantitative and qualitative user research exercises, maintaining design systems and guidelines for web and mobile interfaces and converting requirements and research into low, mid and high fidelity layouts that provide smooth and delightful user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end design process, ensuring on-time, detailed, and polished deliveries
  • Handle multiple work streams including, UX/UI design, UX research, and prototyping
  • Collaborate with Product team to understand user and business requirements
  • Conduct Research to understand user journeys and behaviours to optimize experiences
  • Create low-fidelity designs and validate concepts through internal teams \ customers
  • Design high-fidelity user-centric experiences that delight customers and meet business goals
  • Play an active role in creating and maintaining the design system and style guide
  • Collaborate with Engineering team to check of feasibility in implementing designs and ensure correct execution
  • Manage quality of design through product releases by way of Design Review \ QC

Requirements and skills

  • Experience with designing UX across iOS, Android, mobile, desktop and responsive web platforms based on design systems, guidelines and standard practices
  • Experience with SaaS products, EdTech industry (good to have)
  • Experience in UX research, research methodologies and frameworks
  • Ability to translate product requirements and wireframes to user journeys and screen flows
  • Experience with tools like Figma \ XD, Balsamiq, Notion, JIRA and other user research tools
  • Experience of working in close collaboration with product and engineering teams
